Process
I work in acrylic paint on hand-stretched canvases made to your specified dimensions.
Portraits are based off photographs and a description you provide about the unique personality traits of your pet, so I can best capture their individual spirit!

*A $75 initial non-refundable deposit is required to cover material and time costs.
Information you will be asked to provide
1. Preferred size.
2. High quality photos of each pet - it helps to have several so I have more info to work with, though if you have a favorite let me know. I can often use one photo as reference for the body positioning, another photo for the face, and a third for the eyes, etc. Expressive, personality-filled photos tend to be excellent references too!
3. A description of their personalities so I can work to capture that in the painting.
4. If you have an idea of where you’d like them to hang in your home, send me a photo of the spot so I can make the painting fit with the decor!
5. Any preferences on background.
